For questions about poster presentations, please contact [email protected].
Please note, all posters material should be prepared in advance and brought to the conference by the presenters. Conference organizers are not able to print or transport posters, and there will not be facilities on-site for printing or composing posters.
There will be five poster sessions at the conference, each 3 hours and 20 minutes long. We ask that an author be present at the poster for a one-hour time period during the poster session.

Presentation Material:
No audiovisual equipment is permitted for poster presentations. If you choose to bring handouts, we recommend you bring approximately 100 copies and provide contact information (i.e., author names and email addresses) on the handout.
Setting up Your Poster:
Each poster presentation has been assigned to a poster session and to a numbered poster stand. Materials will be available at the conference for mounting posters to the poster stands prior to the sessions.
- Second floor: poster stands 201 – 228
- Third floor: poster stands 301 – 328
The last three digits of your poster ID are your poster stand number. The first digit of the poster ID is your poster session assignment. For example, poster 1.201 will be presented during the first poster session at poster stand 201 on the second floor and poster 5.327 will be presented during the fifth poster session at poster stand 327 on the third floor.
Presenters may begin setting up posters at 8:00 am for morning poster sessions and 2:00 pm for afternoon poster sessions. Kindly remove your poster promptly after your poster session. Posters remaining one hour after the end of the poster session will be discarded.
Poster Dimensions and Guidelines:
Posters may be up to 3 feet wide by 4 feet tall. This size will accommodate the following standard printing sizes:
- 30 inches wide by 40 inches tall
- 36 inches wide by 48 inches tall
- 70 cm wide by 100 cm tall (A1)
- 90 cm wide by 120 inches tall (A0)

Layout: For easy viewing, please arrange materials in columns rather than in rows. The sequence of figures or graphs should be indicated with numbers or letters. Avoid long passages of text and use graphs and diagrams when possible. Use at least 1 inch (2.54 cm) margins.
Font: Use large font size (20 to 24 point font) on a white or lightly colored background. Simple serif fonts such as “Times New Roman” are easy to read. Please do not use all uppercase letters.
