If an organization would like to hold an auxiliary event, they should arrange the meeting themselves at a venue of their choosing. Many of the hotels listed on the hotels page have meeting space available. For events of over 100 people, the best hotels to contact are the Hilton, Sheraton, Radisson, Harmony and Kaleb.
If you would like your organization’s event to appear in the conference program and on the conference website, please complete this Off-Site Auxiliary Events Form. This form is only for events that are open to conference participants, not private organization events.
Forms are due September 20, 2013.
Organizations may also host an auxiliary event at the African Union Conference Center outside the programmed hours of the conference. Please complete the African Union Auxiliary Events Form to request event space.
