Auxiliary/Side Meetings
Organizations wishing to devote a session to the results of a particular project should hold an auxiliary meeting rather than proposing a preformed panel.
If an organization would like to hold a side meeting they should arrange the meeting themselves at a hotel of their choosing. Many of the hotels listed on the hotels page have meeting space available. For meetings over 100 people the best hotels to contact are the Hilton, Sheraton, Radisson, Harmony and Kaleb.
If an organization is interested in having a side meeting or event at the African Union Conference Center outside the programmed hours of the conference a form will be available on this page by the end of April early May to apply for meeting space.
