Shuttle service will be provided between hotels and the African Union Conference Center and between hotels and badge pick-up and on-site registration at the Ghion Hotel. Please arrange shuttle service between the airport and your hotel directly with your hotel. If you do not see your hotel listed, please notify us immediately at [email protected] or by phone at 0913-693232, 0911-207095, or 0912-656050 and we will advise you on where/how to catch one of the shuttles close to your hotel.
Please note that shuttles may run a few minutes late depending on traffic and the previous stops they have to make. In case of no service or any queries, please call Anwar at 0913-693232. In case of missed shuttle, you may call 0911-207095 or 0912-656050 for car service at your own expense.
