Two decades after the International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD) held in Cairo in 1994, governments, parliaments, civil society and international organizations are reviewing achievements and remaining gaps in implementation of the ICPD Programme of Action in achieving universal access to sexual and reproductive health and rights.
This issue of Entre Nous “From ICPD to post-2015″ includes articles on the global and regional activities and progress in European countries. Many of the authors are including recommendations developed and discussed in different fora on the next steps and ways to link ICPD, MDGs and post-2015 agenda.
